The Dark Army, also known as The Black Army are the creations of Ravenna. Composed of humans and magical constructs made of Obsidian.
History[]
They first appear when King Magnus along with his host leaves to confront them after hearing rumors of their presence in his kingdom. The Army is composed entirely of Magical constructs, after a long battle they were wiped out by the Humans who also suffered heavy losses.
Soon, another army composed of humans led by Finn attacked the Castle at night after Ravenna murdered King Magnus, the Army swiftly overran the castle and executed the remaining defenders.
Sometime later, Duke Hammond and Snow white lay siege to the castle, and soon a massive struggle in the courtyard took place and was eventually defeated by the Duke's man, meanwhile inside the castle, Ravenna summoned a swarm of magical constructs entirely different from the ones she summoned earlier, now resembling nightmarish creatures, they proceed to kill many men easily before disintegrating when Snow white killed Ravenna.
Abilities and Appearance[]
The Magical Dark Army created by Ravenna is fully plated in obsidian armor with black padding under, majority of the magical constructs also wore plumed helmets resembling Armets with some having slits on the mouthpieces, the human element of the army wore leather padding with leader armor above and many are equipped with arming swords/spears, and broad shields while some are equipped with swords resembling falchions and others using spiked maces.
The Magical constructs created by Ravenna display skilled HEMA fighting, taking down many human soldiers and even plated knights with relative ease but were eventually wiped out by the numerically superior human army, while the human element of the Dark Army display similar talents they were nowhere near the same as the Constructs and were completely routed when Tabor was retaken.
